​We undertake an extensive roof survey to check the health and condition of the roof structure and materials, identify the problem areas and then recommend an appropriate course of action to ensure you have a problem-free roof.

Neglecting gutters usually results in unseen leaks materialising that over time can cause guttering and sheet corrosion and even structural damage. It can even damage stock, stop operations and cause employee accidents. This can result in very costly repairs work. 
We can provide gutter renewal in PVC, colour coated steel or galvanised steel.
It's important to check that the guttering and pipe system you have in place is still fit for purpose. Older buildings usually have insufficient outlet capacity to cope with today's adverse weather conditions plus downpipes may be blocked with debris.

​It's important to regularly inspect and maintain cladding and roof panelling. Neglected, roof sheeting over time will become damaged or corrode which leads to

​Edge Lap Treatment can treat the corrosion, prolong the life of the existing roof sheets and avoid more expensive work such as Strip and Resheet.
We apply elastomeric coating to the damaged or cracked fibre cement sheeting which in most situations comes with a 10 year guarantee. 

​Over time rooflights can discolour, warp and break. The fixings can become loose also.
